A concentrate of technology
Rhino was born from the long experience of the Longo company in the suction sector.
An excavator with turbines with a separate double system for the suction of dry material and / or liquid through a rear suction boom with a 250 mm diameter hose.
Dust control
The equipment is equipped with our innovative management and control system of the dust released into the air, which performs a combined and continuous control of the dusty concentrations-temperature to avoid the risk of dangerous explosion triggers even in the ATEX area.
OPtional
Among the various options on request it is possible to have the hydraulic translation of the vehicle completely controlled by radio control, a water tank coupled to a piston water pump with stainless steel head and valves, hose reel, gas relieves and rear street washing system and suction through particular high-performance nozzles.
Power and precision
- System designed to eliminate the harmful problem of entry of liquids into the filters
- The system is equipped with a continuous and automatic filtering system of the sucked air, consisting of 40 washable and replaceable cartridges, in order to completely eliminate the sucked poor particles
- The body is made entirely of Hardox with the addition of vibrators to improve unloading operations
- The turbines, also made entirely of high-performance anti-wear material, have a flow rate of 45,000 m3 / h and a depression of up to 0.6 bar such as to guarantee the suction of material even from long distances
- The equipment is equipped with a powerful air compressor for heavy and continuous work, with a flow rate of 4,500 l / m
- The various configurations can be made on vehicles with 2.3 or 4 axles and on request also in the ADR and ATEX versions
