Longo company has designed and built a series of compactors with innovative technologies.
The technical staff has privileged the overall performance of the equipment, adopting specific measures, in order to eliminate periodic maintenance thanks to the use of self-lubricating and anti-wear materials. In addition, a universal bin pick-up system with articulated connections has been designed to allow operators to work easily also in uneven ground conditions.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Hydraulic rear and front lifting of the compactor for coupling and transferring waste in large auto compactors. The body is hinged to the vehicle chassis and on the rear part there are two double-acting jacks to raise the body at a height to allow the transfer of waste to other compactors while maintaining high stability during the transfer phase
- Possibility of receiving small satellite vehicles with extremely simple coupling and swallowing speed
FEATURES
The electro-hydraulic system, managed by PLC, is characterized by an automatic cycle for the 4 phases of the compaction group.
It allows the following functions: single and continuous cycle, manual cycle by electronic manipulator, synchronized cycle with box turners.
